Historical Museum of Marine Aviation - This museum was created by Marie-Paule Vié Klaze and is devoted to the history of the seaplanes and marine aviation. The museum, is divided into 64 chronologically numbered zones, of which each one reports an episode of this history, for instance, inventors, first seaplanes, the war of 1914-1918, races of seaplanes, first air lines, the Air-mail one, raids in the seaplane, the seaplane on the commercial lines, naval Aeronautics, the second world war, etc. The documents and objects displayed include files, many models, photographs, tables, uniforms, engines, propellers, spare part, etc. Several authentic seaplanes, restored by the Museum, is also on display. |
